Mallawa Irrigation Ltd is a public company limited by guarantee, overseen by a five-member Board. The Company is owned by its irrigators, who have a water allocation in the scheme and have opted to become Members.

Key Tasks Include:

·         Water delivery

·         Undertake all tasks with safety as a number one priority. Follow all Mallawa policies and procedures with regards to safety and conduct

·         Operation of pumps and irrigation infrastructure

·         Delivering stakeholder expectations

·         Vegetative maintenance including slashing and herbicide application

·         Undertake meter reading and maintenance activities

·         Undertaking preventative, corrective, emergency maintenance and renewals work

·         Fostering and maintaining good working relationships with water supply customers, internal and external clients, and fellow workers

·         Sound computer knowledge
