This is Mallawa Irrigation’s strategic plan for the business for five (5) years to 2027. The plan builds on the hard work and achievements of Mallawa’s staff since the transition to local ownership. Much has been achieved in that time, and all of it for the sole benefit of our customers and our local community.
Customer contract [Current]
This is the standard customer contract deemed to apply to agreed customers of Mallawa Irrigation from July 1, 2023. This contract will replace the Customer Contract previously issued on July 1 2018.

Drainage contract
This is Mallawa Irrigation’s standard drainage contract which applies to customers who are located in the declared drainage area and are not a party to the deemed Customer Contract. This contract applies from July 1, 2018.
Constitution
This is the constitution for Mallawa Irrigation which applies from July 1, 2018. The constitution includes provisions related to the objectives of the company, directors and their appointment, and the rights of members.
